Mr Price Mobile stole my money - do not support them

MrP mobile called me to offer me a MrP sim contract 100 including a Mint Fusion phone and a Miht Connect Smar****ch. Today they delivered the parcel and I tried to get it to work but to no avail. I am unhappy with the handset features and could not pair the Smar****ch. I tried pairing it on both my abd my husband's phones but to no avail. The biggest problem, however, is that the Smar****ch is far too big for my wrist so none of the health functions work. These product are not what I was expecting. I contacted MrP mobile and was told I will be charged R400 to return the products "because I opened the boxes". How was I to know the watch would not fit my wrist or to test the items without opening the boxes? I have never heard of such *******. The consumer Protection Act allows people to return items and cancel contracts if they are unhappy. I never even used the Sim card and neither did I port my SIM to the new SIM. I want to caution people not to do business with MrPmobile (MR Price Mobile) as they are blatant *******. My husband and I are both disability pensioners and do not have money to pay for nothing. The order number is MRP-***8.001 and the waybill number is MRPM01-***4.
