Mr Price Mobile - Shocking customer service

I bought I tecno pop 2 from Mr price N1 City as a Christmas gift. The phone is a write off. The attendant should have explained that no apps can be installed on the phone with or without a memory card. I was told with a memory card that apps would work. The phone takes 3 min to open any application eg. Messages, internet whatsapp. I went to return the phone today. The attendant walked away from me inside the store to go and stand at the cell phone counter while I waited for a solution. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing service and product. EXPLAIN TO YOUR CLIENTS BEFORE THE SALE THE EXACT PROBLEMS BEFORE TRANSACTION. Train your staff to deal with situations and not walk away. Your policies are shocking and I will never purchase from Mr price mobile ever again and feel that anyone who does buy from them are being ******.
