Mr Price Mobile refuses to cancel an insurance I never took and to refund my money

I bought a phone at Miladys and it came with insurance that I didn't even want. When I discovered this I contacted Mr Price Mobile. They promised to cancel this unauthorised insurance but I recently received a statement stating that I must continue paying an insurance I never wanted to start with. I also requested a refund for all the payments I've made so far. The consultants never resolve the issue by email, they just say thy are transferring to the relevant department and the telephone consultants say the same thing and the phone drops before I can reach the right person. On a different occasion, the telephone agent told me she'll investigate because she doesn't know how to issue/request a refund and there's no else I can speak to that can help. This is ***** and I want my money back!
