Mr. Price Mobile - Paid Up Letter Delay

Account was handed over to Daly Attorneys. Made arrangement with them to settle the account in two payment of R400.00 each which i did. Phoned Daly now assist with paid up letter, was advised they can't assist with it MrP Mobile deals with it, phoned MrP Mobile gets advised that the attorney must do it. Please assist.
