MR PRICE MOBILE OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS AS PER AGREED TELEPHONIC AGREEMENT

Mr Price Mobile has debited my account each month with 3x R 299 & 39 R94. My contract was for R 299. I phoned them in the December to notify that the debit orders was not that I agreed upon and notified the call center lady that I will be reversing the debit orders because I did not agree for a phone worth R 3000 being charged R 991 per month for 24 months. The call centre lady promised to find out what is the problem. Up until today no communication whatsoever has been received from them and now they have handed me over to debt collectors for R 5061. This is unacceptable!
