Mr price mobile made me bankrupt

I was paying my contract via debit order and I canceled the debit order wanted to cancel my contract was told to pay my outstanding balance and I did few days ago they called saying I own the company they activated the debit order now I have -R6000+ I have to pay plus the amount they say I owe them
