mr price mobile is not honest and they have breach the contract that we have and i need to cancel the contract

2016 December mr price called to offer me a 24 months cellphone contract of a Samsung grand prime plus cellphone , data and an airtime. they have delivered the phone but since from that year until this year i have not received non of those deals that i was promised and the sim card is still inactive, there was a lady who called me earlier after receiving the cellphone and telling me that the sim card will be active after an hour then i called them again to tell them that the sim card is still inactive but i was told that one of their telesales is going to call me for the activation, and no one has called me. after a month i called them again and they told me the same story. please Hello peter Mr price mobile has breached our contract and i am still loyal to them because since 2016 they debit their R229.00 and i do not see the reason for me to still have this contract with this organisation i want to cancel the contract today
