Mr Price Mobile is inefficient

I contacted Mr Price Mobile to cancel my contract , I had not used the device and was informed I would be liable to pay an amount of R 396 of which they explaining the sordid reason why. They then took 2 weeks to collect the device and whenever I called they **** and told me the courier company would collect on that day, same lie for 2 weeks. Now a week after the device was collected an amount of R 1300 is debited from my account over and above the initial amount they had said I was liable to pay. This is such a joke of a company, Mr Price should have never went into telecommunications its a ******* and should be reported to the Consumer Protection and Ombudsmen, they are just *******.
