MR Price Mobile is billing me more than agreed to

Good day<br> I would like to lodge a copmlaint with Mr Price Mobile, In November I took took a cellphone contract which was going to cost me only R99 rand per month. Only to see that in November they deducted an amount of R256. which was completely not what I had agreed to. The service provider insisted on adding some additional features at additional cost, and I vehemently refused. She proceeded anyway by adding additional features to the cellphone contract. <br> <br> I feel that Mr Price Mobile has deceived me and they are not dealing honestly regarding their sales practices, just recently I called to inquire about the cost of R256, as to why are they charging me this amount. They told me they added those additional features which I initially refused and on top of that they say they are Now going to charge me R356 this month of January.... and I am asking for what ?!!!!!, because the standard contract I agreed to was only for R99 per. <br> <br> I need help to resolve this matter to normalise my account back to R99 as intend<br> <br> Mr Price Mobile is taking advantage of us and I wont let my money to be taken just like that for services i did not agree to.<br> <br> Please assist<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> lehlogonolo
