Mr price mobile insurance is horrible

I have been trying to cancel the Mr price mobile insurance from July 2025 and with no luck I have not yet done so because you. Your phone call gets put on hold for hours. I sent an email and yet nothing has been done.

I made a claim in June and it was said that my insurance does not exist and yet my account statement shows mobile insurance deducting money every month without fail. I am extremely disappointed In Mr price service delivery and I want nothing to with their mobile insurance. Better yet I am at a point where I want cancel that account because I am not pleased at all with how they handled my matter.
