Mr Price mobile failed to deliver my parcell during the time stipulated

<p>I openened a mobile account with Mr price mobile on the 21 June2016 and they promised to deliver my parcel between 3-5 working days.On monday the 27 June 2016 at 07h00 I received a phone call from one of their courier company saying that they have my parcel and they will deliver it during the day before 13h00.There was no delivery at 13h00 then I decided to take off,then at 13h45 the courier company phones and ask where am I because they are at my address,I tel them Im 15minutes away from the address,then they agreed to wait.When I arrived at the address at 14h00 they were not there and I tried phoning them but there was no answer,then I took off again since I was very busy.At 14h25 the courier manager phones me that the driver ddnt get me at the address.Mr price mobile phone me on the 28 June 2016 at 12h40 and I explained what happened,and now at 15h35 28 Tues 2016 I received a text from Mr price mobile that they ddnt manage to deliver my parcel so I must call them on ***with ref.no.MR****398133-1 to arrange delivery.Please help I need this parcel.</p>
