Mr Price mobile - dont take a cellphone deal from them

I was contacted by Mr Price Mobile to take up a cellphone deal (cellphone with sim) on which I have agreed. 3 days after the phone was delivered my number which I am using for the past 5 years had been changed to Mr Price mobile withouty consent. I then contacted them and they informed me that they will change it back. Now a week later my number does not exist at all and I only have a Mr Price mobile number. I never gave permission to take my number away. I want my number back! I am extremely unhappy! Please think twice before you take a cellphone deal from Mr Price

Thank you for calling me but my problem is still not solved. I was advised to phone my network provider but they could not assist me they said my number does not exist with them and I must sort it out with MRP mobile . I don't know what I must sort out if I never agreed for MRP mobile to port my current number now it does not even exists! I can't do any banking or take important calls .. I expect MRP mobile to sort my problem asap!
