MR PRICE MOBILE DELIVERS VERY POOR ACCOUNT & ITC UPDATES

My account was closed 4 months ago and I received a paid up letter. I have also not been in arrears on the account. Since December I sent emails at least twice a month to correct the ITC from R99 outstanding to R0.00. Every time they just reply with: "wait until the end of the month", and it's been 4 months later! Think twice before you do business with Mr Price Mobile. VERY POOR SERVICE!
