Mr Price Mobile contract

Good day, I have an issue with this people and every day i am receiving calls which i am planning on blocking now. I had/have a contract with them, at first the contract came with additional services that I don't remember, I made an enquiry about it and instructed them to stop those extra services in February 2016 but it continued until august 2016 when i made another enquiry. I took R108.00 but I was paying R208.00 so i was instructed to get my bank statement so that they will send me my money back which i did and they refunded me 200 and change which is not what I expected. I ignored all those and all i requered from them is to send me a copy of the recording for my contract I was advised it take 3 weeks but i never had it is been months now. I receive calls from "Daly Credit Corporation" I told them what I need and they told me they are waiting from Mr. Price for the recording but almost every day i get a call from them telling me to pay. this is irritating now so I will appreciate it if you can help me in this regard please.
