Mr Price mobile claim ****

My daughter's phone got lost and i reported it. Before taking this stupid insurance i even asked them if they insure the phone only or the number that comes with the phone because i wanted to use our own sim. I was told they register the phone. I took the insurance that i paid for ****** 12 months and now when they have to deliver a consultant by the name of Nxobile/Nqobile tells me i must go and do another affidavit to blacklist the second IMEI. When i went to mr price the person who deals with that did not tell me that and also the email i got from claims department never specified that. They are ****** ****s. I don't even advise anyone to take insurance with them. They're full of tricks. I requested to speak to the manager i was told that he/she already left. Sonwhen they were debiting my account it was fun.
