Mr Price Mobile blocked my active number

I am writing this message with such anger and bad experience i received from Mr Price Mobile. I have an account with Mr price, so last year sometime in May they call me to thank me for being a valuable customer and on track with my payments.

So i opened up a contract with them for a year starting last year May until May 2020 of R65.00 of airtime.. Now my contract has expired only to find out my active number that i use on a daily basis has been BLOCKED in May.

I called the customer number beginning of June to ask them why they blocked my number because i receive calls, emails, messages from it, this lady said they sorry they not able to assist as i need to go into a vodacom shop to unblock my number!!!

Question i asked was’ this was not communicated with me when i opened up this contract if only i had known i wouldn't have accepted it and i would have declined..no paper work was done, nothing and no signatures asked.

Fine enough. I go to vodacom Guguletu Mall Cape Town ask to be assisted as my number has been blocked and Mr Price Mobile says vodacom needs to unblock it.. Sweet lady assisted me but was unable to find my number on their system at all. She told me to ask Mr price why did they block it from the begining because they cannot do anything from their side as it does not appear.

I was sent back and fourth buy Mr Price. Yesterday 16 July 2020 @ 10:20 i call again at Mr price and my call was answered by a guy by the name of Shaun.

Up until to date i am still waiting for him to give me a call back on my other number which is *** to assist me with getting back my vodacom number.

I really need help as i am finding it difficult to cope with my vodacom number which is ***.
