Mr Price Mobile, BAD SERVICE AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTI

Consultant by the name of Keith phoned me, selling a tablet. And I was interested in buying it because my daughter didn't have a cellphone. I asked the consultant if the phone had a flash light and he said yes. I asked how much money will I pay per month and he said I will only pay R129and I agreed to buy the instrument.when the phone was received I was so disappointed because the phone didn't have flash and my daughter said it's Ohk . Come month end I get an invoice from Mr Price Mobile stating that I owe R449.91 I was so shocked coz that's not the amount we agreed on. I then phoned their customer care to enquire and they told me that amount was accumulated by the data and airtime my daughter consumed. And initially the consultant never mentioned anything about data. He said it's prepaid sim meaning I can buy data and airtime wherever I wanted. I told them I want to cancel the contract and they told me it's impossible to cancel as the window period is due. Every time I call them I'm being transferred to a different person with no help. Every month I get an invoice stating I'm owing ridiculous amount of money yet the instrument is disabled. Now they threatening me with their lawyer
