Mr Price Mobile BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I contacted them on their call centre to complain after I've cancelled my contract with them, they are still deducting monies from my account for a mobile account which was cancelled. I spoke to someone in the cancellation department and they confirmed that my mobile account was cancelled, but yet they still deduct money from my bank account, I was transferred to the Customer Service department whereby I spoke to a lady and she said "Sorry can't help you, our system is down phone us again in 20 minutes.", I suggested that she contact me back since I've been on the phone for over 30 minutes with them and she put the phone down in my ear. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
