Mr Price Mobile BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD service

I cancelled my Mr price mobile R99 deal 2 months ago and it still reflects on my account. Nobody ever gets back to me and i have sent soo many emails. The only person who got back to me was a man who tried to convince me not to cancel my R99 deal after I told him soo many times im not interested anymore. When I get a response I am told that it was cancelled but still did not even receive a Cancellation email. Mr Price has very bad customer service. All their team can do is force you to take products you don't want. I will definitely close this account immediately after I've paid it off. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and felt like Mr Price is just after my money and does not care about their customers.
