Mr price mobile are ********!

People please DO NOT do bussiness with Mr price Mobile,my poor pensioner mom was ******* into taking out two no name phones,thinking she's getting 2 phones and paying for 1(this is how the consultant sold it to her) After the first payment went of,she only saw to deductions was made from her bank account After this contact finished,another consultant phoned her and because our older people are so gullible,she at my frustration took out another contact with this dishonest company I insisted that she contact Mr price mobile to cancell this new contract as I do not want my pensioner mom to have relation to dishonest people So it's been 2months and the delivered cell phone is still in her possession After numerous calls and promises that the phone will be collected. Phoning the customer service is a struggle beyond struggle,my poor mom is feeling so hopeless and stressed People please do not take out contracts with Mr price mobile,they are not honest or helpful at all!!
