mr price mobile a joke

<p>this is going from bad to worse. after my last report a agent from Mr Prive mobile phoned me and said they were so sorry and that they will fix the problem and that they will return the debit order. The joke was on me!! they did not return it! this month yet a nother debit order went down. The contract has expired on the 13/11/2016 so the phone is not active at all but the debit order of R109 will go down until you pay yet another cancelation fee if not you will pay till you die. i have phoned them again and gess what?? acording to them i have to read my contract! what contract ?????? they MR Price Mobile do not give there clients a contract. Mr Price agent phone me and a deal was done via phone. the 1st debit went off before i had the phone!! so no there is no contract. How can this be leagal????? what do i pay for then??? No Phone?? No service?? No usage of phone??? please help im so fedup. Yes its easy to refurse the debit order but what then??? i will be black listed!!!! please someone help i just feel like crying</p> <p> </p>
