Mr Price Mobile
<p>I have been harassed by Mr Price Mobile agents saying that I owe R400.11 for calls and data I made on their cell phone via a contract but what is so odd is that the sim card that I was given never worked. I was not able to make calls and or surf the net but I am being billed for such. This company just rips people of their hard earned money. I have called and sent emails to no avail instead I get calls insisting that I must pay. Pay for what I ask? I am supposed to get R100 a month in airtime but I have never used it because the sim never worked. </p>

Since I have posted here I received a single phone call and an email. Still the emails that I sent are being blatantly ignored. I spoke to a Poovesh last week Friday and instead of my issue being dealt with I get another ******* debit. I am so tired of being harrased by Mr Price Mobie agents asking me when I am going to pay. I will pay when I owe Mr Price Mobile. Right now I am paying for a phone that I am not using at all. I have had to spend more money buying a proper phone not the useless Hauwei that was given to me by Mr Price Mobile. I received the data print out and it is such a lie. Mr Price Mobile lies to its customer and from here onwards I am filing a complaint with the National Consumer Commision. I have simply had enough bull**** from this company. I have been made empty promises one too many times. It is clear that you dont care about solving my issue with you at all. Every time I have called I am put on hold and this morning the person I spoke to pretended that he could not hear me. Enough now!!!!
