Mr Price Mobile

I had an account with Mr Price Mobile some years back and i had long closed that account but to my surprise when i check my credit report the Mr Price Mobile appears and shows that my account is still active and i owe them R122. I really don't know where is that coming from and when i try to call them i've been on hold forever
