MR PRICE MOBILE

Good day Mr Price Mobile contacted me with an offer of a phone, so I took the offer. When I received the phone, it was not what they explained over the phone as it was a really cheap kind of phone with very bad reception. After a few months I phoned them to say I do not want this phone anymore. They said no problem I just need to pay something like R900 and then I am out of the contract and they will send a courier to pick up the phone. The above happened plus minus 3 years ago. In the beginning of November I saw that Mr Price Mobile deducted R125 off my cheque account, without me signing a debit order!! I phoned them and they said but I never ended the contract and they will be deducting R125 in December as well. So I said they must send me the call that was recorded when I was told to pay the R900 and I would like to see who signed the debitorder for R125 or who phoned me to tell me about the R250 They just ignored me and this is making me furious! Because they have my banking details they can just take money without my permission? That is unfair and I would like you to investigate it for me.
