I bought a Hisense by them in December 2023, it started freezing in the first week, i took it back. It was going to get sent for repairs its now feb 2024, the phone is still at the store, what do i do, i want my money back or a other phone. Mr price Kariega, it's ridiculous, did i throw my money down the drain?
