Mr Price insurance a ****

I bought a Samsung A3 Core Blue at Mr Price. On the 12 Nov joined mrp insurance to cover my phone costing R37 monthly. Sep I lost my phone. I sent my claim with supporting documents they requested to *** Then I was told to make access fee of R300 I did. Claim was successfully. Due to not having a phone I sent them an email requesting that we communicate via email hence I had no phone I didn’t get any respond. Ended up calling to follow up. The guy said everything is in order he apologised for the missed communication, he ordered the same phone and it will be delivered to me within 7 days of business days. I waited n waited till this day. I called in again the lady I was talking to said I need to pay R450 which makes no sense I tried explaining my issue, she wasn’t interested it what I was saying but insisted I pay R450 which doesn’t make sense. I bought my phone for R1200 then I pay R37 monthly for this cover and also paid R300 access fee now I’m being told to pay another R450. Guys this insurance is a **** please do not join it the service is really bad, no communication.
