Mr Price Cell Phone Insurence

I bought a phone at Mr Price East Rand Mall in 2022 December it was am Itel A40 ,I insured it with Mr Price Insurence, It got lost two months back,I submitted all the necessary documents as per the insurence.

I am given run around, Their consultants are not interested to respond to my emails,My claim is approved till date no one is saying anything ( *** ) is the guy that is handling my case.

Last month and this month they debited my account without a replacement devise and it worth R1000 not One hundred thousand rands,What is it difficult to give me an update on a regular basis.

People don't buy any cell phones or insure them with Mr Price nationwide, Their service is apoling and Pathetic.

I won't recommend anyone in the entire country to even enter their stores.
