Mr price beacon bay Retail park

So 27 December 2024 my husband bought me 2 phones from mrpmobile In Beacon bay Retail park , Beacon bay East London phones Tecno spark 10 and a Redmi 14c by the 9th of January 2025 the Redmi started freezing so I took it in the 18th of January 2025 I actually requested a new phone and they said no because it's older than 7days they'll have to send it for repair I then said I no longer have the receipt 🧾 as it went missing 2days after we bought the phone and had issues with the Vodacom sim cards they gave us(problems from the start) I then went home and the freezing got worse and I went back on the 25th of January 2025 where I again said I don't have the receipt please look on the system as of then they went to fetch Decembers documents and we found the main receipt and we checked the phone in for repairs they then told me it takes 21 working say and then I'll receive my phone back.. (giving today is Wednesday 19th of February 2025; Monday 24th of February 2025 is 21days) i literally got a sms now at 16h30pm Good news your device is in for repairs *** I'm really angry 😡😡😡😡😡😡 so what we wait for another 21 days from today and hopefully my phone actually gets repaired?
