Mr Price are *******.

Genuinely disappointed with Mr Price, I have been a customer for a while and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I recently made a purchase on Mr Price online clothing app, my bank account was debited twice due to a glitch on the app, and when I called and emailed to query , they informed me that only one debit was taken off. However I have queried with my bank multiple times and they informed me that the money was indeed banked/ credited. They refuse to return my money after my many efforts to explain and get in touch with them, and I will never be shopping there again.
