Mr Price and their insurance

For the past 4 months I've been trying to cancel my mobile device with Mr Price via email. I'll receive a response reading someone will contact you within 12-48 hours. To date no one has contactect me. People be warned DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR AN INSURANCE with Mr Price. They are the worst people you can deal with. It is easy to take your money but it is not easy to cancel you request. I do not have the device but every month my account gets debited. What a bunch of ......... People
