After the Sim card that was handed to me when I opened a account at my local MRP store. they contacted me to to activate the sim card. The sim card was never activated and I heard nothing form MRP again. Until I queried the outstanding amount on the account that keep going up although I did not make a purchase for a few months.Only to be advice that it is sim card fees for 6 months. i called than and ask what it is for for the sim card was never activated and the sim card was not used once for it is not even in a phone but in the package it came in. They said they will reverse the charges for they can see there where no activity on the sim card. But it was still not done sins October 2022. Till today it has not been done and know I am getting called and told that they will put me on credit buro for bad bebt. Where is the law for the consumers in this country?
