Money Hungry Mobile Contract **********

Mr price mobile for 5 months we have been trying to cancel a Contract... Every month its the same story pay R230 odd at the end Of the month and then you can cancel...... Phone at the end of the month... No pay R230 and you can cancel.... And. So we go on for 6 months. It's disgusting and ridiculous this contact finished in January and we were out on to month to month without our knowledge and since then have been begging for this contact to be cancelled. Everyone who we have spoken to is rude and arrogant and doesn't care because they know the next month they are still getting the money. We stopped the debit order at the bank and now get up to 10.phone calls a day and sms's but no one is willing to assist us. We have DM'd you, we have emailed you, you have phoned you. And as per a conversation with Rob on you support line there is absolutely no way to cancel this contract and we will just have to continue paying until Mr Price Mobile decides otherwise.....What is it going to take for you to cancel this contract how many platforms do i have to complain on, how far do we have to take it before we are allowed to cancel this Pain in the Ass contract and be done with you fruadsters!!!!
