Mobile Contract **** and bad attitude agents

I had a Cell phone contract with MRP Mobile that ended over a year ago, it was one hell of a contract I couldn't wait to end, my nightmare stated when I found out the contract is fished but they continue deducting, When I followed up, they told me that, I need to give them 30 days notice after the end of contract to terminate the services, I did that, still I was told I owe them a balance of R190.00, I paid the balance to get them off my back, the nightmare did not go away, they said the payment s not reflecting I paid again.

Of all the effort to get close this account over 12 months I'm still harassed by calls from debt collectors,been insulted and accused of refusing to pay the account. this morning I received a call from a very mean agent telling me my name will be reflected in ICT because I'm don't pay my accounts, she refused to hear my site of the story she just yield at me and hanged up the call.

I feel I have done all that I can to close this account but now I'm been ****med by MR Price to pay what I have paid more than enough.

I can not continue this way, this has created a bad record in ICT for me and the company refuse to update the account.

I received a second call and the agent tells me they see my emails and payments however they don't know why it's not updated , they will escalate the matter of which they never resolve the issue.

I have other accounts with MR Price and I now hate this name because of this and feel this mobile wing of theirs is ******** people under their name and they must do something before it damages their brand.
