Mobile Complete

A friend of mine bought a Sumasung A15 for R4000 phone at Mr price mobile at Eskhawini Mall in November after two weeks the phone couldn't functioned she send it back to Mr Price mobile and sent it back to Mobile Complete in JHB for repairs. After a month she got her phone but this technical problem wasn't fixed. She sent back again. And it still had a same problem of connectivity. Now she's sending it back for the third time. But now Mobile Complete has found the "Problem" is a cracked screen which they could pickup on two previous occasions. And what puzzles her is the clip of the phone Mobile Complete sent. It's not her phone when she handed over the phone to Mr Price she took the pouch and the clip sent by Mobile Complete claimed to be her phone is in the pouch. And this is not the first incident. My friend what's her money back she wants nothing to do with that phone. It's gonna be a battle people with loose their job. I know she never gives up.
