Misleading & ********

<p>I was phoned in January for a tablet deal and were promised a few things telephonically. When receiving the unit, it was not what was promised and not delivered in the was as promised. the unit was returned the next day in it's original condition. After a long fight of calling and requesting my call records, it was confirmed that I was mislead. Then I got a bill for the cancellation fee which I fought. After a lot of calls, I received an email (after the person on the call confirmed) that no cancellation was due by me. THEN I receive a call from their lawyers that I was handed over as I owed them the damn cancellation fee. It is now 4 months later and final warning was sent to me to pay as the call centre has not responded with the call recordings of this confirmation in time therefore I have to pay or else!</p> <p>I just want to say that I will NEVER support them again and I will tell everyone I know and more how terrible their services are and how they are dishonest!</p>
