Misleading / *****

Some few months ago I received a phone call from a Cell Centre offering a FREE SIM card as I am such a loyal customer. Little did I know that I will be charged for this every month. The sim was delivered and I never used it.

I demand a refund of what Mr Price has charged because this is clear that I was misled into believing that this SIM card was free. This is also ***** as I did not sign up for deductions on my account every month. The guy said that what I use will be deducted and I did not use the SIM card at all.

If this is the service you give your customers then you have lost a client.

Not happy Mr. Price. Not at all.
