MILADYS

I opened a MILADYS account last year in March, and a few months later, I received these cheap marketing ****s. One in particular from MRPMOBILE. I was clear that I was not interested in whatever it is they were selling. A few months later, I bought a few items from MR PRICE using my MILDYS account. May have paid it up the following month or so, but I realised that there was an outstanding amount of R89. I paid it even more by R20 as it seems this was a recurrent amount. I then committed to monitoring it going forward. Lo and behold, this month MILADYS sends me a statement for R120. I called their call center to query the amount. 1. Don't expect professionalism. This is not a skill these call centers look for. This person asks me what is the reflected amount for, I said, "Well, that's the reason I've called you. She hung up. I called again, found another consultant, she checked and revealed that this is for MRPMOBILE, I then told her that I never agreed to whatever it is MRPMOBILE was offering and i dont even have a simcard, safe to say that I did receive a call from MRPMOBILE and I didn't accept whatever it is they were selling. The clown asked me who was the consultant? How do you expect me to know, if I did not accept your product? She promised to come back to me in 8 hours. It's 2 days later. My que, cancel the account with MILADYS. Didn't sign up for these cheap nonsensical stunts!!!!
