Matter has not been resolved!!!

I have send a review a few days ago, I made the payment as MRP Mobile requested and I called them as they told me that I should wait for a person to call as I did put them under review. A lady called Friday when I was on my way home and told her to call on Monday. Someone called an hour ago but the called was ended I do not now why. I send again an e-mail and I tried to call this number two times but with no answer... I do not know why the call was ended???
