i am very dissappointred in Mr Price i bought gift vourchers with the intentions of buying myself a cellphone once it reaches the amount that i want,today 28 August i went to buy myself cellphone using my gift vouchers only to be tolld in store they dont sell phones using vouchers and i asked them where is it written where is the policy they supervisor at Century City told me they were told that as staff memmbers.i asked for refund to cancell the gift voucher the said no..now i need help what are the consumers rights on this matter.i asked for the written policy they could not provide.i tried iito check on their website i found nothing and the back of the slip theres nothing..pls help me to get a phone at MR PRICE USING MY VOUCHER THAT I BOUGHT WITH MY HARD EARNED CASH OR ELSE I GET A REFUND
