lying cheating and minipulating

Mrp mobile phoned me and approach me with an offer that sounded really great.A tablet for the amount of R100 per month ..nothing more and nothing less (EVENS TOLD ME THAT THE CALL IS BEING RECORDED FOR MY SECURITY) I told the agent listen is this really only gonna cost me a R100 every month and she promised me high and low ist only R100,i even asked her to put a limit on the tablet for just incase cause i cant afford more than R100.The tablet was delivered and the first bill came and i was really confused and angry because it came down to R289.So i phoned their head office and i spoke to Norasha Ramathani and she told shes gonna speak to her manager and have him caall me back,a week passed no call ,i phoned back again spoke to Celest Naidoo and again the same promise.Months has gone passed and my bills keeps on coming back more than the original R100 that was supposed to be deducted.I phoned again and i spoke to Sibosiso the manager explained everything again and he also promised to look into it,and i evens asked him to listen to the recording that was made so he can hear that the original amount deducted every month shuld be R100,he never came back to me.Service is now suspended
