Lousy company

I have taken out a Mr Price Mobile sim card after they promised me that it will work like any sim card.... After porting over to them from Vodacom none of my apps wanted to work. For more than three months I could not use my apps.... I went to the store and told them what was my problem and that I will be Cancel the sim card... In November 2020 I payed up my account... In March 2021 I received a call from ACS DEBT COLLECTIONS that I owe them money for data and airtime bought on the sim card....I sent Mr Price Mobile a e-mail to get info regarding this since I use Vodacom and not Mr Price.... What a big surprise got an reply back that say the e-mail used belonged so some one else, then I got a second e-mail that gave ALL the information about the person who was linked to my e-mail adress.... I have sent ACS and MR Price numerous e-mails without any reply or even the smallest suggestion of sorting this problem out... Now they have blacklisted me for money I dont even owe them ..... People stay away from these *****'s......
