lost online order

The support agents are the worst, they promise to help you but don't do anything , I've spoken to about 6 agents already all promising to get my online order delivered but nothing happens, which tells me the agents are actually on the call lying 🤥 and not doing anything, I lost all trust in this company, hire genuine honest people instead of lying to your customers and causing them stress! definitely closing this account! the absolute worse!
