Loading your account without permission

I have been stuggling with rhe mobile department from mrp for about 4years. Firstly they lie oe dont tell you everything and 2nd their service as useless. After i dont know how many email and fights i stll have a sim they sold me over the phone that i have never opened nor activated and after what was suppose to be the end of the contract and my account clear they go and add it again without my conset and put my account back in arrears. The should close this part of mrp for good
