One of your agents called me and they were having a promotion to all loyal customers, I was one of them so I was offered a SIM card for free as a thank you for being loyal . Today the 19th of August I received my statement and I now have to pay for the SIM card. Please remove it from my statement as I will not pay for it I never signed up for anything. Your agents needs training are they even fit and proper?
