LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES... MR PRICE MOBILE AND IT'S ABUSE OF IT'S CUSTOMERS

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>A while ago I received a call from a certian Joshua Chettiar, a telesales agent from Mr Price Mobile selling me a Prestigio Tablet. </p> <p> </p> <p>To say the least, I regret the day I engaged Mr Price. </p> <p> </p> <p>He sold me the tablet as I was a "valued and good customer of Mr Price"</p> <p> </p> <p>The contract was for an amount of R 129.00 yet Mr Price continuously deducted thousands of rands from my bank account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had on numeruous occassions attempted to resolve the issue and received no response from them. </p> <p> </p> <p>It took me having to cease all payments to them and Mr Price Stores to get a reaction. They threatened to take legal action - I would have gladly defended that successfully. </p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually, they acknowledged their error and provided me with a letter stating that they will repay a stipulated sum of money by a certain date. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the absence of any follow ups, I followed up telephonically to find out if they have at the very least released the payment, only to be told that nothing has been done and that they will 'follow up'. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have even communicated with the manager who has also made promises and has not reverted to me. Upon following up, I was advised that she has gone home for the day. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have seen the reviews on HelloPeter and realised that I am not alone. I am an attorney and am of the view that should we bring a class action (all join in on one action) in the High Court, we will be taken seriously by Mr Price Mobile. </p> <p> </p> <p>My cellphone number is ********** .
