Lies from MRP management

<p>Last year in December, someone **********ly took a cell phone contract at MR Price mobile with my details. On 19 December 2015 I sent an email to customer care explaining the situation, then on 05 January 2016 some *********** lady named Nerasha Randhani responded and asked me to send her my I.D and proof of residence, I sent those documents as requested and I called to confirm if she received them and she agreed and promise to give me feedback shortly, until today I haven't received any feedback from her. After writing to Hello Peter some lady by the name of Sendisiwe called me and assured that she will investigate, after some weeks i called MRP and i spoke to Sithembile Ngcobo which assured me that the account is written off, to my suprise the credit collectors are on my case because the account was handed to them they call me almost every day. I asked MRP to send me the letter confirming that the account is written off because my insurance company is threatening to cut ties with me since i'm listed as a bad payer, I've sent Sendisiwe an email which i believe she is the manager but she's not responding and i left her tons of message because when i call her, she's either on lunch or too busy to call me back.</p>
