Kindly assist on this matter

Good morning im very disappointed at Mrp Mobile as i have lodged the complaint regarding the amount i used to be charged by them that was to agreed to according to the contract , query was not resolved i ended up paying monthly R160.00 and guess what the sim is not even working its always saying emergency calls i can even take a screenshot to prove this when i call them they said the cell its ringing when they calling me, and this had affected my Credit record that is why i ended up paying this without service being delivered to me i am very hurt n paying for nothing just to prevent my Credit Record if i knew i wouldn't have taken this offer.
