My is sebongile sebofi I have claimed lost fone to mrp insurance company on the 24/11/23, a week later to my supprise I'm told I have to provide 2nd ITC number from telkom 2network provider, I have called Telkom serveral times they told me same thing that they can not provide me with 2nd ITC number because MTN already blocked the fone device for with IME no#*** so my telkom number it's only blocked currently, I called mrp claims dept more than 3 times i spoke with the same person Abraham *** I explained again same thing, until he said I can request Telkom Sim usage screen shot, please note when this insurance was introduced to me non of this information was explained to me and I still remember my conversation with the lady who assisted to do insurance, I asked her if simcard used on my A13 Samsung will have any negative effect incase of claim she said no, so now it's said and also disappointing to receive such a poor service from them, and yet they still have the guards to even take insurance money from my account to date for something that doesn't exists anymore, the expect Telkom now to be able to track the 2nd IME slot number Dat the Simcard was in how is that possible, if they as Mr P shop that sold me the device can't even track that IME number themselves , and I fully understand when telkom says they can't pull such information from their side. I'm not happy with their service, the stress they put me through and yet Iv never defaulted nor delayed my payments
