Insurance Claim and Provident fund

To whom it may concern

I was dismissed from the company more than two months ago however my provident fund claim still has not been submitted from MRP to Alexander Forbes, because of that Alexander Forbes cannot process my claim. What I would like to know is why hasn't MRP submitted my claim when I was dismissed from the company at the beginning of the new year, what is holding up the process because other employees who were dismissed after me have since received their payouts but there has been no progress on my side.

This is frustrating to say the least because I am out of a job, not by choice by the way and I have been expecting my pension for quite some time, I have bills that need to be paid, I have responsibilities. I have been so lenient and understanding, and I am tired now. Rest assured I will be taking further steps because it seems as if my matter is not a priority to MRP. And it's still a process to get my UIF because nothing is adding up.
