Incorrect communication

I would not recommend anyone to buy a mobile device from Mr Price unless you are absolutely sure. The staff makes promises it seems to make a cell phone sale only to find when you are not happy with your purchase & want to exchange it within the 7days all sorts of excuses are made. Yes the receipt stated the 7 day return policy but that was not what I was told on purchasing the device. Never again will I do business with this store. I am stuck with a phone which I do not want. Gone are the days where excellent customer service is out the door.
